Acceptance of Terms

By engaging SSquare Inc. for tax preparation, accounting, or financial advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

SSquare Inc. provides the following professional services:

• Individual and business tax preparation and filing

• Tax planning and strategy consultation

• Bookkeeping and accounting services

• Payroll processing and management

• ITIN application assistance

• IRS representation and audit support

• Notary public services

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation

• Reviewing all prepared returns and documents before signing

• Notifying us promptly of any changes that may affect your tax situation

• Paying for services rendered in accordance with our fee schedule

• Maintaining copies of all documents provided to us

Accuracy and Liability

While we exercise professional care and diligence in preparing your tax returns and financial documents, the accuracy of the information provided to us is your responsibility. SSquare Inc. is not liable for penalties, interest, or additional taxes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with IRS Circular 230, applicable state regulations, and professional ethical standards. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without your express written consent, except as required by law.

Fee Schedule and Payment

Service fees are based on the complexity of the work performed. Fee estimates will be provided before services begin. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services already rendered remain due and payable.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Yolo County, California.
